I am Terri Ross, Founder and CEO of Terri Ross Consulting. My company specializes in providing high-level consulting services to medical aesthetic professionals and practices, helping them grow and thrive through comprehensive business strategies, sales training, and operational excellence. We guide practices in maximizing profitability, optimizing patient care, and scaling their businesses efficiently.

How do you set yourself apart from other firms in the area?

What sets us apart is that I have almost 20 years in Aesthetic Medicine, working for fortune 500 for over 16 years, owning a medical spa in Beverly Hills, that scaled in 4 years and sold and working with practices for over 12 years helping them to launch, grow, scale and sell. Our team combined has over 60 years in the space, with a deep understanding of both the business and clinical sides of the medical aesthetics industry. We offer a unique blend of expertise, combining sales mastery with operational strategies that are tailored specifically to aesthetic practices. We also prioritize personalized mentorship, ensuring that each practice we work with achieves measurable, sustainable growth.

What do you consider to be your greatest accomplishment?

My greatest accomplishment has been empowering aesthetic practice owners and their teams to not only increase their revenue but also transform their businesses into scalable, thriving models. Helping my clients achieve lasting success and watching their practices grow under our mentorship is.

How do you define success?

Success is about creating lasting impact. For me, it’s not just about helping practices hit revenue targets—it’s about creating sustainable systems, building strong teams, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. When a client’s practice operates with efficiency, confidence, and delivers exceptional patient care, that’s true success.

What is the most important lesson you’ve learned over your career?

The most important lesson I’ve learned is the value of adaptability and resilience. The aesthetics industry is ever-evolving, and the ability to pivot, innovate, and stay ahead of trends is crucial. Being open to change and continuously learning are key to staying competitive and delivering the best results for clients.
